Pilates classes are ideal for dancers and if you want to:
Strengthen the back, improve posture, improve circulation, improve balance, offer relief from back pain, re-align body & spine, increase flexibility. You will come away feeling relaxed and refreshed.
The classes are mat based and onsist of a gentle warm up, followed by the mat based Pilates exercises, finishing with relaxation.
