Pilates classes are ideal if you want to:

Strengthen the back, improve posture, improve circulation, improve balance, offer relief from back pain, re-align body & spine, increase flexibility. You will come away feeling relaxed and refreshed.

The classes are mat based and last appx 50-55 mins. The classes consist of a gentle warm up, followed by the mat based Pilates exercises, finishing with relaxation.

Classes need to be booked in advance by e-mailing info@coolmovesdance.co.uk and are £6 pay as you go.
